How can i, a picture turn to a negative picture ?
Depends on what program you're talking about. Most raster graphic apps
(Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, Corel Paint) have a menu command to do it.
It might be "Image/invert colors"(MS Paint) or "Adjust/negative image"
(Paint Shop Pro). In Corel Draw X3 it's under
Effects/Transform/Invert, in Corel Photo-Paint X3 it's under
Image/Transform/Invert.

you still didn't say WHICH program. "Corel X3" could mean many things...
Draw? Photopaint? WordPerfect? "Corel" is a company. "X3" is a release
number. So *which program* with this release number are you referring to?

LOL! heh, yes, I do know I say that many times, Ruth :) However, in my
defense, I don't do it just to point out someone's mistake. I have worked on
the tech support side of things for almost 2 decades now. For someone to
give good, effective support/answers the person supplying the
support/answers needs certain data to formulate the correct answer. I can't
even begin to tell you how many times I've been helping people who have not
supplied enough info to base a good answer off of, but I try anyway... only
to find out we were talking about 2 totally different applications (i.e.,
people meaning "wordperfect" when they were in a "draw" newsgroup, people
meaining "paintshop pro" when they were in a "photopaint" newsgroup, and
there are people mixing up the "draw" and "photopaint" newsgroups right and
left.) And since this question was cross-posted to mulitple "corel"
newsgroups in which one covers pretty much anything "corel" and the other
"graphics", one cannot be totally sure what app is being used.

So when I or anyone else asks someone to be more specific about the app
their using, or pretty much anything else about the question(s) they're
asking, it's not to bust their chops... it's to get more information about
what is going on so we can give the best advice we can give. :)

Cross-posters should be.

Oh don't get me wrong, that wasn't my implication at all :)
I agree.

How can i, a picture turn to a negative picture ?
Put a Star of David on it and let OUR David post an anti-Israel rant
about it. That's about the fastest way.
